Delivery may be made either:

By ISKOmed UK Limited directly (including delivery and installation where applicable); or
through a third-party carrier, including but not limited to Royal Mail, Post Office services, Parcelforce Worldwide, DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, or other courier or freight providers selected by ISKOmed UK Limited.

Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

ISKOmed UK Limited shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including delays attributable to third-party carriers.

​

Where goods are delivered by a third-party carrier, delivery shall be deemed to have occurred when the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer or, where applicable, when the goods are made available for collection from the carrier or collection point.

 

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept delivery where a signature is required.

​

If delivery cannot be completed due to the Customer's absence, incorrect delivery information, or failure to accept delivery, the Customer may be responsible for any additional delivery, storage, redelivery, or return charges incurred.

​

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery, except where installation by ISKOmed UK Limited forms part of the contract, in which case risk passes upon completion of delivery and installation. Title to the goods remains with ISKOmed UK Limited until full payment has been received.

The Customer should inspect the goods promptly upon delivery and notify ISKOmed UK Limited of any visible damage, shortages, or defects as soon as reasonably practicable.

​

Nothing in these Terms affects the Customer's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Delivery Charges 

Delivery charges will be notified to the client and authorised prior to despatch of goods. All goods will be reasonably packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit with couriers.

 

Delivery charges may vary dependent upon size, weight and nature of the products being despatched as well as geographical location.
